My order never arrived to my email
If you didn't receive email from us with the download instruction and your unique key code within 24 hours of purchased, please check for the following:
- If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes after checkout at Paypal, please check your Spam folder/junk mail just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
- If you did not receive our email within 24 hours, please contact customer care for further assistance.
Where is my Product Key?
Your Order ID was displayed on the order confirmation page and emailed to the email address used during checkout (commonly your PayPal email address). If you have lost record of your Order ID, please Contact Us and send us the Email Address used during checkout and we'll help you locate your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
As all our products are electronic delivery (digital downloadable product without any physical CD), you will receive email instructions within few minutes after successful payment.
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
No. You can place an order without any registration of your personal particulars. We also do not collect any credit card information.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
You will receive your order details and activation keys within 24hrs and for some products within 48hrs
